The Cost of Carbon: Climate Change and Our Way of Life in North America

The human impact of global warming is real. Changing climates aren’t something that will happen in five, 10, or 100 years from today. They are happening now, and ways of life that we’ve known for generations are disappearing now. Communities wiped out from the destruction of forest fires, massive flooding and other natural disasters. Sustained droughts exist, making it difficult for farmers to produce crops and for communities to stay put as things, literally, dry up. The video below focuses on the cost of carbon in North America, but these costs aren’t restricted to our continent and these specific problems aren’t unique to the U.S and Mexico.
