Log into the IPF website here (using the log in details you have been given): www.internationalpoliticalforum.com/admin
1. Click on “Posts”
2. Click on “Add New”
3. HEADLINES: Please make sure this accurately describes what the article is about – but that it isn’t too long either. Use keywords so it is picked up by Google.
4. TEXT: Use as many hyper links as possible to show where you got your information/facts from.
5. IMAGES: Contributors are unable to add images. If you want to add images you will need to email them to us along with the captions and credits for them. We will include images of our choice if there are none provided.
6. CATEGORIES: Please only select the category of the section that you are writing for. Do not select countries – only if it is for the POLITICS section.
7. TAGS: Insert as many keywords as possible.
8. Click on SUBMIT TO WORKFLOW and select “IPF Workflow”.
9. Add comments for editors (if required) in the comment box.
10. Click SUBMIT
Your article will then be sent through the editing system.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ARTICLE AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED IT.
This interferes with the editing system and makes it difficult to publish your article.
If you have any changes to make, email editor@internationalpoliticalforum.com with the subject title “Article Edits”. Your email should include the name of your article, as well as the date you submitted it to the workflow.
